I'm at almost 3500 so far for today, I will hit up the gym after the kids are in bed to get the rest in.Sarah Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04216477489968297835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9124684423598228696.post-17038497451959162292012-06-04T09:52:00.646-04:002012-06-04T09:52:00.646-04:00Thanks Candy for the shout out!! It REALLY helps to cut back on snacking and eating more then you should. As far as steps go. I do an hour of Zumba at the YMCA, then hit a mile or so on the elliptical. I try and leave there around 9,000 steps and get another 1,000 through out the day, cleaning, playing with the girls, etc. Good luck this week!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9124684423598228696.post-86450275663126690992012-06-04T02:30:22.079-04:002012-06-04T02:30:22.079-04:00I try to walk 4 miles in 70 min to hit 10,000 step...I try to walk 4 miles in 70 min to hit 10,000 steps, anything after that is the icing on the cake.<br />Sound like you have a good plan for the week.
